Repairing and supplying remanufactured and new Continental Hydraulics – Continental Hydraulics pumps and Continental Hydraulics valves. Search our online catalog or contact us and let us know how we can help you.
It is what we do at Precision Fluid Power – keeping Continental Hydraulics customers in operation around the clock.
We can supply what Continental hydraulics part you need or repair what you have. Before purchasing a new Continental Hydraulics pump or valve, there may be a good chance that your current hydraulic pump or valve can be repaired. Continental pump repairs and hydraulic valve repairs on Continental Hydraulics come with a two-year warranty.
When purchasing, consider purchasing Continental Hydraulic pumps and valves remanufactured or after-market hydraulic instead of a brand-new unit. They can get you back up and running for less than the cost of a new Continental hydraulic unit without the extra cost of a new unit. We will give you a free quote so you can compare costs for a new, repaired, or remanufactured Continental hydraulics unit, saving time and money on your Continental pump or valve purchase.
Continental Hydraulics was established in 1962 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The early business was focused on hydraulic components and systems for hydraulic band saws by its parent company, Continental Machines. During the 1970s and 1980s, the company added directional valves, proportional valves, vane pumps, piston pumps, and hydraulic systems. In 2011, Continental Hydraulics was picked up by Duplomatic Oleodinamica in Italy. Then, in April 2013, the company’s main shareholder became Fund Progressio SGR. The company itself is still known as Continental Hydraulics, and the product line has continued to grow and expand under this new ownership.
Continental provides directional control valves, control modules, and a full line of in-line, sub-base, and stackable valves. Continental hydraulics offers customized options based on client specifications while including processes needing 300 GPM and greater with pressures up to 5000 PSI in a wide range of fluids and environments.
Control valves from Continental have air pilot actuation, hydraulic pilot actuation, and lever actuation. They adapt to NFPA D03 and ISO 4401 mounting standards and come in both 3-way and 4-way styles. All versions have options for 2-position spring offset, 2-position detent, 2-position spring centered, and 3-position spring centered versions, as well as the lever valve is available in a 3-position detent model.
Continental Hydraulics’ pumps are more tolerant toward contamination than others, improving consistency and lowering maintenance costs. Continental pumps have a quiet operation process to level down the meeting system and the sound level standards. This product is for a low overall cost in a high-functioning variable volume pump.
Vane pumps work with hydrostatic axial compensation distribution plates and improve volume adeptness while reducing component wear. In zero flow demand conditions, the Continental hydraulics pump delivers oil only to make up for possible leakage, keeping the circuit pressure constant.
